Mindfulness Coach

EMDR Therapist

Hello! I’m the owner of AITS and I also specialize in Present Moment Awareness, Mindfulness Training, and EMDR Therapy. This is a type of mindfulness that assists in noticing the fullness of the present. If you’d like to know more, feel free to email or call me with the info below. I’ve spent several years working with clients wanting to process developmental and individual trauma. This has assisted in the development of tools and techniques that are attuned to each individual. The feedback I receive most often is that I am very present for each client and I am able to give support in ways that are individualized for each person that enters my office.

My self-pay rate is $125 per session.

Thank you for checking us out and considering all of us as possible helpers along your journey!

Summer Ahmed

Licensed Master Social Worker

As a therapist, I find it important to provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to work through difficulties in their life. I specialize in working with mid-adolescents (starting from 12 y/o), emerging adults, to adults. I am passionate about working with this age group because I see a huge potential for successful change and growth. I also have experience working with families/couples. In practice, I incorporate a mindfulness and strengths-based approach to help clients gain the power to work through depression, anxiety, and trauma. I apply elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapies, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Therapy to help you achieve your goals. With my practice, I provide an LGBTQIA+ affirming space for clients seeking mental health services. My hopes and dreams are to provide a place for clients to feel validated and heard while also building a strong therapeutic relationship.
